Usnea is a genus of beard lichen well known for being the lungs of the forest. Components of this variety of lichen are useful in strengthening your body’s respiratory and urinary system. Usnea is not only an anti-microbial but also has antibiotic properties. Wild Wisdom Botanicals’ Usnea Tincture is double extracted using both 190 proof grain alcohol as well as heat to maximize effectiveness.

A typical dosage of Usnea Tincture is 10-20 drops three times a day upon symptoms or use as directed by your health care provider. Alcohol based herbal tinctures have a shelf life of a minimum of three years.
